Whether you’re arriving at the airport in St. Thomas or heading back from St. John, we provide a smooth and stress-free transfer. A taxi will pick you up and take you to Sapphire Marina, where your boat will be waiting. From there, enjoy a scenic ride across the turquoise waters to St. John. We also offer an optional land taxi service in St. John from the dock straight to your villa.
Traveling in the reverse direction? We’ve got you covered! Our service ensures a hassle-free experience, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.

Arriving on island? A taxi will pick you up right outside of the airport and drive you to meet your boat at Sapphire Marina in Red Hook, St Thomas. We can also arrange a land taxi to pick you up from the dock in St. John and take you straight to your villa!
Headed home after your vacation? Our standard pickup location is the National Park dock in Cruz Bay, St John. However, we can also arrange a land taxi to pick you up from your villa in St. John and take you straight to the dock! After arriving back to Sapphire Marina, a taxi will drive you back to the airport.

Fuel is included in the price of your taxi!
Our Captain and Crew work very hard to make sure that your trip is flawless. A 20% gratuity* is industry standard for excellent service and can be paid in cash or added to your card on file at the conclusion of the trip.
*Gratuity for your land taxi driver is not included.

If bad weather causes us to cancel a trip the customer will never lose money. We will try and re-book the trip as soon as possible. If availability or your schedule will not allow re-booking, your full payment will be refunded.

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations should be made by phone during business hours. If you must make a cancellation by email or over voicemail, please make sure to confirm receipt of your message.
